Got a Kodak Easyshare M883 as gift!

 It’s been a really long time since my last blog post. Time to revive things up a bit.

So basically yesterday I got this great Kodak Easyshare M883 8MP as a gift from my dad. A really belated birthday gift (since my birthday was 25 dec), but better this than a Samsung 5MP i almost convinced him to buy.

I like the picture quality and the huge display it has, but it seems a bit fragile.

mp3 Player Tragedy!!!

So this is how it goes… My mp3 player fell of my hands and it broke… One minute of silence please…

Another “good” buy (mp3)

It’s impossible for me to survive without my headphones and my mp3. I had to buy a new mp3 player because my old one stopped functioning.

So I bought a Majestic MP3/WMA/FmRadio 2gb for about 55$. Its doing its job pretty well and I’m really happy with it.

Starting C++

As you may know (I bet you don’t) I have learned python this summer. As an addition to it, I’m planning to start learning C++. I know its a difficult language but hey, if i really try hard I can master it in a short amount of time.

I’ve downloaded a couple of ebooks but one looks promising (Learn to Program C++ written by John Smiley 2003).

Bought a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500

Yesterday i went to look for a good AGP card to buy for my computer as the one i was really bad.

After entering 10+ stores i bought a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 256MB AGP8x for 50 euro. The majority of the stores i entered had only PCIexpress and not a single AGP one or they had expensive ones.

I think i made a good buy. But still my PC isn’t good enough to run the latest games and I dont think I would have much time to play them even if it could run them.
